Transporting a vehicle (especially one that has a great deal of sentimental value) is a very stressful transaction. Your communication and acceptance of the payment method helped alleviate some of the stress. For this I am grateful! Second, I would like to express to you how wonderful Ray, our transport driver, is. He seemed to understand what I was feeling and how much getting my truck to my son meant. He has excellent customer service, communication skills and is an overall gentleman. He put my mind at ease as he loaded my truck and went through the checklist with me along with taking pictures.
